Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide top-notch administrative support to our Sales Director and agents, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and agents, including greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and ordering office supplies.
  • Data Entry: Review and enter data into accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Transaction Support: Assist agents with transaction and lead management, including collecting and depositing escrow and closing commission checks.
  • Marketing Support: Design and distribute digital and print marketing materials, including social media content.
  • Onboarding: Process onboarding paperwork for new Realtors.
  • IT Support: Troubleshoot common IT issues for agents and office staff.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience with Canva platform and social media/marketing, as well as experience in the real estate industry.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
