About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Solutions Executive to join our team at Verizon. As a Senior Client Solutions Executive, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions to State, Local, and Federal Government agencies, growing sales opportunities through strategic networking, negotiating and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer needs and recommend innovative solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Sales Growth: Seek out new growth opportunities and generate new sales leads through strategic networking and relationship-building.
  • Proposal Development: Write proposals and respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) to secure new business opportunities.
  • Customer Onboarding: Provide follow-up training for new customers to ensure a smooth transition and maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Handle your sales pipeline and activity with sales management tools to ensure timely and effective follow-up.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate forecasting and tracking reports to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with new offerings and market trends through training and your own research to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Experience: Four or more years of relevant work experience in sales and business development.
  • Sales Experience: Outside sales experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
  • Background Check: Eligibility to pass Motor Vehicle Record check.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Education: Degree in a related field.
  • Leadership Experience: Led large complex accounts and sales teams.
  • National Account Experience: Sold to large national or government accounts.
  • Sales Performance: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
