Your Responsibilities as Lead Appliance Technician:
- Lead a team of Appliance Repair Technicians to properly diagnose and repair appliances.
To Succeed in this Role as Lead Appliance Repair Technician, You Need:
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers and our team of Appliance Repair Technicians.
- Quality of Work: Demonstrate critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve.
- Punctuality and Reliability: Ensure timely and reliable service to our customers.
- Thirst for Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new appliances and features, and take advantage of training opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Previous experience of four years or more in appliance repair
