Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead

Job Summary:

As a Quality Assurance Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans for our backend services and client platforms. You will design and execute test cases, test our website and applications, run scripts to verify data, and interface with 3rd party testing vendors as needed. You will work independently and efficiently to increase the quality of our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for backend services and client platforms
* Design and execute test cases to ensure high-quality software delivery
* Test our website and applications to identify and report defects
* Interface with 3rd party testing vendors to ensure seamless testing
* Work independently and efficiently to increase the quality of our digital products

Requirements:

* 6+ years of experience in a Senior QA role
* 2+ years of experience with data validation via scripting and automation
* 2+ years of experience with one or more of the following: Javascript, Python, SQL
* Excellent knowledge of testing processes and practices
* Experience working with Jira, UI test automation tools, and test case management software
* Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Technical degree and/or certifications
* 10+ years of experience in a Senior or Lead QA role
* 5+ years of experience with data validation via scripting and automation
* 5+ years of experience with one or more of the following: Javascript, Python, SQL
