Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy
  • Test-drive vehicles and diagnose problems using diagnostic tools
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of service technician experience required
  • ASE certification and a level of qualifications in diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
