Vitality Bowls Cafe Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Cafe Operations Manager to lead our team in the Greater Boston area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our cafes, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team on daily operations, ensuring food is prepared accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Display a thorough knowledge of our recipes and communicate effectively with other staff members.
  • Provide excellent customer service when processing orders at the point-of-sale, taking phone orders, and inputting third-party delivery orders.
  • Assist dissatisfied customers and ensure all customers leave happy.
  • Communicate with the manager/owner on inventory status and employee performance.

Requirements:

  • Become food safety certified.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, occasionally lift heavy boxes, move quickly, and have a sense of urgency.

Additional antioxidant-rich menu items include smoothies, juices, salads, and more.
