Front Desk Agent

Canopy by Hilton Philadelphia Center City is seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling check-in and check-out procedures, and responding to guest inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a positive first impression.
  • Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Information and Assistance: Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Problem Resolution: Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process guest payments, maintain accurate records, and assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and handling reservations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior cash handling experience and front desk experience necessary.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, very good computer skills, ability to work flexible hours, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask.
