We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for individuals eager to delve into the world of event management and begin their professional journey in this exciting field. As an Events Assistant, you will aid in the planning and execution of a variety of corporate gatherings, workshops, and promotional events, ensuring their success and seamless operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the organization, coordination, and implementation of events, including corporate meetings, workshops, seminars, and promotional activities.
  • Support the Events Coordinator in overseeing event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements.
  • Help develop event materials, including invitations, programs, signage, and promotional content.
  • Assist with on-site event setup, registration, and attendee management.
  • Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and products.
  • Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure events remain within financial limits.
  • Gather and analyze feedback from events to evaluate success and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Provide general administrative support to the events team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining event databases.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous internship or entry-level experience in event planning or a related field is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
