Job Title: IT Contract Support Specialist

JSSA Inc. is a global IT services firm that provides balanced outsourcing solutions, legacy support, application development, and managed staffing services. Our team is seeking an IT Contract Support Specialist to join our Washington, DC office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform pre-award and post-award contracting activity support, including the development of statements of work, IGCEs, acquisition plans, and market research.
  • Track contract performance in accordance with the SOW and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Coordinate proposal evaluations and prepare consolidated responses from panel members.
  • Assist with contract file management, including standardizing naming conventions and version control.
  • Provide inputs for annual financial plans and assist with budget execution and tracking.
  • Reconcile contract invoices and verify receipt of services and contract deliverables.

Requirements:

  • IT generalist knowledge and background, including hardware and software technical specification, IT infrastructure, and IT requirement analysis.
  • High-level proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to follow configuration management and naming convention standards.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse team members and partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a high-volume office environment.
