Job Overview

We are seeking a Client Relations Specialist with experience in the semiconductor sector to enhance our team. The primary responsibilities include efficiently coordinating tasks with the planning department and providing essential support to ensure successful project execution. This role involves overseeing project timelines and collaborating with customers, vendors, and internal teams to meet deadlines effectively.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources for project execution
  • Monitor and report progress between clients and the operations team
  • Ensure availability and allocation of resources
  • Manage relationships with team members and clients
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Collaborate with the client service manager to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Demonstrate customer orientation and adaptability to various client personalities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
