Position Overview

We are seeking qualified Clinical Behavior Specialists (BCBA) to enhance our Behavioral Management Services at Spread Your Wings LLC. Our organization is dedicated to providing exceptional support to individuals with developmental disabilities, and we are expanding our services to cater to a diverse clientele.

Your Role:

The Clinical Behavior Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavioral management strategies tailored to the unique needs of clients. This role demands effective communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to guide Behavioral Management Assistants in delivering client-focused services.

Founded in 2016, Spread Your Wings LLC has a strong commitment to serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. With the launch of our Behavioral Management Services (ACCESS Behavioral Services), we aim to extend our expertise to children and youth, ensuring that all individuals receive the appropriate interventions and support they require.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute functional behavioral assessments and intervention plans for assigned clients.
  • Collect and analyze data using various methods, including scatter plots and ABC Data Sheets, to inform behavioral intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with Behavioral Management Assistants, regional center personnel, clients, and their families to ensure effective implementation of behavioral plans.
  • Provide ongoing updates regarding client progress and adjust intervention plans as necessary to align with client needs.
  • Offer mentorship and training to Behavioral Management Assistants to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client interactions and documentation.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and their families during all engagements.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a licensed Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience in designing and implementing behavior modification services is essential.
  • Familiarity with the behavioral planning process, documentation, and data evaluation is required.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

Compensation: Salary range is $42-50/hour, commensurate with experience.
