Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify all orders for precision and release by the end of each business day.
  • Generate and send sales order confirmations to clients and relevant sales personnel.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies related to orders.
  • Input orders into our ERP booking system efficiently.
  • Prepare formal quotes and proposals as requested by sales staff and clients.
  • Maintain and track quotations within our Salesforce database.
  • Engage in extensive client communication via email.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is organized within each order folder.
  • Provide exceptional service to internal stakeholders through email correspondence.
  • Regularly update required spreadsheets to reflect current data.
  • Monitor multiple customer portals for new purchase orders throughout the day.
  • Handle inbound calls on the sales line, assisting or directing clients to the appropriate contacts.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in email communication; strong skills in Excel, Word, and data entry.
  • Familiarity with various payment terms.
  • Experience in manufacturing settings is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of product lead times is preferred.
  • Experience with international shipping is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
  • Proactive in seeking resolutions to outstanding issues.
