Position Overview:
Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist
Job Type: Contract
Location: Remote
Compensation: $38 - $40 per hour
1. Collaborate with Sales Operations Specialists to resolve all SAP sales order holds, including issues related to booking/shipping, payment discrepancies, and customer requests.
2. Ensure accurate customer-requested shipping dates by coordinating with Account Managers globally to obtain updated order change requests.
3. Support the Letter of Credit process through to final approval before shipment.
4. Engage in weekly divisional meetings focused on slotting to collect shipment information for hold resolution.
5. Assist in maintaining booking updates for shipments scheduled within the same quarter.
6. Review sales orders in SAP for holds, dates, and relevant notes.
7. Generate and address inquiries related to order holds from various departments including Field Sales, Division Sales, and Finance.
8. Help manage documentation on the department's TEAMS site.
9. Familiarity with PC functionalities, particularly EXCEL, SAP, and Caerus database, is preferred.
10. Ability to respond swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
11. Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with other Business Operations team members.
12. Capability to work independently.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Graduate or Equivalent with 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in EXCEL is essential.
Experience with SAP is advantageous.
