Key Responsibilities:

  • Review all orders for precision and ensure they are processed by the end of each business day.
  • Generate and distribute sales order confirmations to clients and relevant sales personnel.
  • Address and resolve any discrepancies related to orders.
  • Input orders into an ERP system for tracking and management.
  • Prepare formal quotes and proposals as requested by sales teams and clients.
  • Log and monitor quotations within the Salesforce database.
  • Maintain frequent communication with customers via email.
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is organized within each order file.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders through email correspondence.
  • Regularly update required spreadsheets to reflect current data.
  • Monitor multiple customer portals and support channels for new purchase orders throughout the day.
  • Respond to incoming calls on the designated sales line, assisting or directing customers as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Proficient in email communication; strong skills in Excel, Word, and data entry.
  • Familiarity with various payment terms.
  • Experience in similar manufacturing settings is preferred.
  • Understanding of product lead times.
  • Experience with international shipping is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, work independently, and proactively resolve issues.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $41,800.00 to $55,880.00.

The salary range provided is an estimate. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including location, education, work experience, key skills, and job type.
