Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at Aloft Anchorage. In this role, you will assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets, as well as perform other accounting and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Create and manage financial reports and budgets.
  3. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  4. Maintain accurate and current AP and AR records.
  5. Prepare a monthly bank reconciliation for all company accounts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in accounting software and systems.
