Alphatec Spine is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Account Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering user training and driving utilization of our orthopedic devices in targeted accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training and support to customers on the use of our orthopedic devices
  • Work with customers to optimize workflow and patient imaging care
  • Provide pre-sale support to the regional capital sales team
  • Conduct annual customer site visits to ensure proper use of our devices
  • Work with the implementation team to provide customer value and facility efficiencies
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive new and existing surgeon adoption
  • Establish relationships with key opinion leaders and surgeons in the territory
  • Meet or exceed EOS system utilization goals in assigned accounts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of successful sales and/or account management experience, preferably in the spine or orthopedic medical device industry
  • Strong relationship building skills and a competitive nature
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Ability to travel at least 50%-70%

Alphatec Spine is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, plus quarterly bonuses based on performance.
