Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team at Dawson. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment process for open job opportunities, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Oversee the application process, reviewing, evaluating, and recommending applications to the appropriate department.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual management coaching, ensuring employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant employment and labor laws, regulations, and significant interpretations, ensuring policies are applied accurately and consistently.
  • Develop leadership plans and career ladders for the organization, promoting growth and development opportunities for employees.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of general HR experience in a healthcare system.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Achieve and maintain required competencies related to job duties.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and develop strong relationships with employees and management.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
