Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and receiving area.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
  • Assist customers in locating merchandise, answering questions, and providing product information.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales associates and store management to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
  • Ability to use hands to operate a cash register and complete paperwork.
  • Ability to push and pull carts and equipment.
