Job Opportunity:

Software Resources is seeking a skilled Process Engineering Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness.


Role Overview:

The Process Engineering Specialist will collaborate with the Process and Performance team to redefine operational standards for Enterprise Technology. The focus will be on prioritizing key initiatives and serving as the central hub for process excellence.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing current processes to identify challenges and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Designing and implementing impactful solutions to improve operational performance.
  • Measuring outcomes to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Researching and recommending enhancements to existing processes to minimize errors and optimize resource utilization.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Ability to pinpoint strengths and areas needing improvement, aligning business strategies with enhancement initiatives.
  • Experience in modeling business processes through various methodologies.
  • Proficient in conducting root cause analysis and formulating improvement recommendations.
  • Engaging with business and technical leaders to identify opportunities and assess potential value and risks.
  • Supporting Senior Architects in interpreting business challenges and suggesting best practices.
  • Documenting business goals and mapping them to performance metrics for governance.
  • Evaluating existing processes through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
  • Defining data relationships across business units and their connection to processes and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and collaborate across departments.
  • Skilled in producing process documentation, including flowcharts and guidelines.
  • Compiling reports to track process improvement progress.
  • Monitoring metrics for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Understanding relational database structures and performing basic data analysis.

Preferred Experience:

A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field is preferred. Certifications in ITIL and Lean Six Sigma are advantageous. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging data to address complex challenges and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
