**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing solutions that leverage our Highspot Sales Enablement / Content Management System.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Consult with internal clients to develop solutions that optimize business processes and improve content management.
  • Analyze content and performance metrics to recommend new organizational methodologies and improve overall efficiency.
  • Understand business and content-related problems to identify and present solutions that drive business value.
  • Provide support and ongoing services for internal clients in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage overall Services project calendar and prioritization to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Develop overall project plan models, templates, and resourcing requirements to ensure successful project execution.
  • Create and manage individual project plans and secure resources, including determining support roles.
  • Transform current project planning tools by aligning with best practice systems and processes to improve overall efficiency.
  • Define processes and requirements for request-related platform architecture (EnableNow instance) to ensure seamless integration.

**Requirements**

  • Extensive experience with organization methodologies for large volumes of content, including folder architectures and metadata.
  • Ability to understand existing content structure and use-cases to guide new structure implementation.
  • Experience with re-architecting platforms that have a singular product-focused architecture to a more complex matrixed focus.
  • Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise to drive business value.
  • Ability to communicate with and manage stakeholders outside the enablement organization, build a team of advocates.
  • Advanced proficiency with the entire Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to initiate and manage relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Knowledge of data systems and structures to drive business insights.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics to ensure seamless integration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A 'can do' attitude to fast-paced and dynamic situations, challenges, and customers.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements into business value and ROI.

**Basic Qualifications**

  • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, asset management marketing, sales operations, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise customer support role.
