Job Summary

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and expertise. As a Registered Nurse - EP/Hemodynamic Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the Electrophysiology Lab and Hemodynamic Department.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in the Electrophysiology Lab and Hemodynamic Department
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including pacemaker insertion, temporary pacemaker insertion, ICD insertion, and bi-ventricular pacemaker insertion
  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Train and cross-train to work in the Cath Lab
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association
  • Cath Lab experience preferred
  • EP experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year Critical Care/Procedural experience required
  • BSN required within 3 years of hire
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Valid Texas RN License/Eligible Compact License
