Department Overview

Our acclaimed Inside Sales & Retention team plays a crucial role in shaping customer decisions by showcasing the value of DISH's offerings through a consultative sales approach. This role involves 100% inbound interactions with both new and existing customers, eliminating the need for cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively promote DISH and Boost products and services to both new and existing clientele.
  • Evaluate customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Exhibit resilience and adaptability in overcoming challenges while maintaining focus on broader objectives.
  • Manage time efficiently, remain open to learning new techniques, and strive for advancement as a sales contributor.
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships.
  • Accurately document customer information, including demographics and billing details.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Compensation

The position offers a base pay of $20.50 per hour, complemented by uncapped commission opportunities. Target compensation is approximately $68,000 annually, with the potential for significantly higher earnings based on performance. Top achievers can earn well over six figures each year. Additionally, there are opportunities for promotion within your first year, along with corresponding title and pay increases.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • A high school diploma is required; college graduates are preferred.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment screening, which may include a drug test.
  • Availability to work full-time, on-site in a designated facility.
  • Open availability to accommodate provided schedules.
  • Possession of a smartphone or similar device with an active network connection.

Salary Information

The base pay range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on qualifications, skill level, and competencies, and is subject to change based on work location.
