JOB TITLE: School Sanitation Specialist
Salary Schedule:
LN (7.5 Hours/ Day, 187 Days)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid certification in custodial services.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in maintaining cleanliness in educational or public facilities preferred.
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations.
- Must comply with background clearance requirements as specified by relevant authorities.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Salary and benefits will be provided in accordance with the established compensation plan. The length of the work year and hours of employment will be determined by the system.
REQUIRED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of school facilities, including classrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
- Implement and maintain sanitation protocols to meet health standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of school events as required.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Report any issues or hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to custodial work.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a clean and safe learning environment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
