We are in search of a Lead Marketing Strategist to enhance our dynamic Energy team in the Western United States. This role requires a meticulous individual with a background in marketing and communications—someone who can effectively lead pursuit processes, communicate clearly, manage multiple initiatives, and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling pursuit and promotional materials that showcase our extensive experience and expertise.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Energy business leadership, practitioners, and the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to implement key client growth strategies.
  • Manage diverse priorities effectively.
  • Work closely with our marketing leadership to drive success and differentiate our offerings.
  • Conduct business and market analysis, research, and report on trends and outcomes.
  • Lead proposal writing, positioning, and interview preparation.
  • Partner with our Public Relations team on significant pursuits, promotional activities, and positioning campaigns.
Your Capabilities and Credentials
  • A passion for building trust and fostering strong relationships.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning with the ability to think creatively while adapting to market changes.
  • Strong listening skills; critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • A detail-oriented proposal leader with exceptional prioritization and organizational skills.
  • An experienced writer dedicated to developing tailored, engaging proposal materials, with full ownership of the final written and graphic content.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
  • Must thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
Education and Experience
  • A post-secondary degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing-related field.
  • Experience with the RFQ/RFP process.
  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction industry is essential.
