Job Title: Stability Specialist Family Coach
Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Stability Specialist Family Coach to join our team. In this role, you will provide case management and direct support to foster stability and overall well-being of participant families.
Responsibilities include:
- Case Management: Conduct strengths-based needs assessments with each family, developing partnership agreements with measurable goals.
- Community Resource Collaboration: Collaborate with local programs, assisting participants in accessing community resources and services.
- Documentation: Complete timely and accurate documentation using an online database.
- Financial Coordination: Coordinate financial requests, including loans, scholarships, and emergency expenses.
- Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for participants, attending court and meetings.
- Program Enrollment: Inform and assist participants in enrolling in Maggie's Place programming.
- Community Partnerships: Initiate and facilitate community partnerships.
- Program Duties: Participate in program duties, teaching classes and supporting events.
- Fitness Standards: Maintain Family Coaching Standards of Practice.
- Crisis Response: Participate in on-call crisis rotation.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree preferred, with 2 years of experience with vulnerable populations.
- Communication: Represent Maggie's Place professionally to the community.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to multitask, strong interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork: Positive work ethic, team player.
- Availability: Available some evenings and weekends.
- Background Checks: Must comply with national and state background checks.
