As a Program Management Specialist at PFES, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients' programs. Our team has a proven track record in project management, project controls, construction management, engineering, and specialty consulting within the power generation, power delivery, and oil & gas sectors.

We offer a unique combination of technical and administrative services to our clients, from inception through completion. This allows them to meet their program goals with ease.

The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, split between office work in Phoenix, AZ, and remote work. Utility experience is preferred but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inquiries received from various construction docks throughout the state, assign tasks to relevant engineers, and drive completion.
  • Track and update QA/QC inspection reports based on input from reliability coordinators.
  • Develop performance metrics using Power BI and other tools to measure progress.
  • Assist with CU/Maximo inquiries, updating material quantities, item descriptions, and other information.
  • Upload and maintain standards drawings and alerts on SharePoint sites.
  • Compile and report minor CU/Maximo updates to end users via email.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
