Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Anton Paar USA. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee experience and contributing to the company's continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding process, including new hire experience, communications, workflows, and training schedules.
  • Oversee safety and quality programs, including committee facilitation, policy development, document control, and training.
  • Support HR in performance appraisal process, benefits, payroll, data entry, employee relations, and wellness programs.
Requirements
  • People-oriented style with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Associates degree and 2 years of experience in human resources administration in a multi-tasking environment.
  • Positive attitude toward change and strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and professionally interact with employees at all levels.
  • Strong English skills.
