- 12 months of experience in a human resources and/or customer service position focused on delivering service in a professional and efficient manner while managing expectations to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Successful completion of a drug test, health clearance, and criminal background check.
- Ability to work in the office, from a remote location, or a hybrid of the two, with a commutable distance from the work location to attend meetings as needed.
