Job Overview:

This is a full-time position available immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality educational programs aligned with state and national standards
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA or higher preferred
  • At least six months of experience working in early childhood education or a related field
  • Demonstrated knowledge of child development principles and practices
