Are you a dedicated educator looking for a new challenge? Bright Horizons Children's Centers is seeking a qualified Kindergarten Prep Teacher to join our team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to design and implement engaging lesson plans, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
About the Position:This is a full-time position available immediately. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality educational programs, assessing student progress, and communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver curriculum-aligned educational programs
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA or higher preferred
- At least six months of experience working in early childhood education or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of child development principles and practices
