Early Childhood Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Education Specialist to join our team at Child Town Inc. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow through play-based activities and structured lessons.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, a genuine love for working with young children, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Create engaging lesson plans and activities that promote learning and development in areas such as language, social skills, cognitive skills, and motor skills.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for children to explore and learn.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, and communicate with parents about their child's development.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare/preschool setting.
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and early childhood education best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- A competitive salary of $45,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
- Paid time off including 1 week paid during Christmas as long as employed for a minimum of 6 months. Paid holidays (7) after 90-day probationary period.
