Job Summary:

The Non-Profit Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our organization. This position requires a passion for our mission, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to program managers and staff, including scheduling meetings and coordinating events.
  • Assist with grant applications, reporting, and tracking funding activities.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Prepare and distribute communications to stakeholders, including newsletters and reports.
  • Support fundraising efforts, including donor management and event logistics.
  • Conduct research and data collection to support program evaluation and improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in the nonprofit sector is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
