Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
- Lead and manage a team of sales, yard operations, and office staff to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to drive business results.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years of management experience in a distribution or retail environment, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
