Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Prospect for new customers to expand our customer base.
  • Communicate parts orders back to the servicing store in a timely manner.
  • Evaluate customers' needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Follow up on parts orders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Submit weekly call reports to track progress.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
