Position Overview

UniFirst is actively seeking a dedicated Field Sales Representative to manage and expand our market presence.

This role involves driving sales in a designated territory, focusing on building relationships with new clients.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: $47,500 (Paid Weekly)
  • Average First Year Earnings: $75,000
  • Potential Second Year Earnings: $90,000+
  • Top Performers: $100,000+
  • Uncapped Commissions: Monthly and Quarterly
  • Car Allowance: $80/week
  • Gas Card: Up to $225/month
  • Cell Phone Allowance: $50/month

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • No Night Shifts
  • Weekends and Major Holidays Off

Training Program: The first five weeks will be dedicated to comprehensive sales training, focusing on the UniFirst Sales Process and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new business accounts within your territory.
  • Develop effective sales strategies to maintain high productivity.
  • Engage with businesses of all sizes, from large corporations to small enterprises.
  • Conduct presentations and meetings with potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee the onboarding of new accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in outside business-to-business sales (training available for the right candidate).
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
