Job Summary: We're seeking a seasoned HCM Cloud technical delivery professional who can lead and deliver world-class implementations, finding the right balance between delivery rigor and discipline and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver HCM Cloud technical implementations, ensuring successful delivery of all technical aspects on projects.
  • Apply technical and functional expertise to ensure quality processes and peer reviews are being followed, track and communicate status, anticipate/foresee risk, escalate, and implement mitigations.
  • Work closely with customer counterparts, onshore and offshore functional resources, and oversee and advise the technical teams to meet commitments to our customers on time and on budget.
  • Support sales pursuits, conduct technical discovery sessions, work with deals teams on solution design and estimation, and participate in sales presentations and orals showcasing our teams' solutions, experience, and capabilities.
  • Contribute/lead innovation and initiatives in the context of our communities of practice and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • Deep knowledge in HCM Applications technology.
  • Good understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities.
  • Leadership skills, including empathy, active listening, influencing, drive, empowerment, confidence, and good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Effective presentation skills and project management skills, including planning, tracking scope, collecting and reporting status, identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks.

About the Role: As a Technical Manager, HCM Cloud, Integration Lead, you will be responsible for leading and delivering HCM Cloud technical implementations, ensuring successful delivery of all technical aspects on projects.   • A highly competitive salary range of $88,500 to $199,500 per annum, may be eligible for bonus and equity.
