Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to mitigate resistance from employees and teams impacted by changes.
  • Assess change readiness and identify key leaders and sponsors across the organization.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
  • Apply a methodology to lead change management activities and support communication efforts.
  • Provide input and support to implementation partners on the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Establish a network of user groups and support teams to address user queries post-launch.
