Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to mitigate resistance from employees and teams impacted by changes.
- Assess change readiness and identify key leaders and sponsors across the organization.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Apply a methodology to lead change management activities and support communication efforts.
- Provide input and support to implementation partners on the design and delivery of training programs.
- Establish a network of user groups and support teams to address user queries post-launch.
- Measure training adoption effectiveness and address underperforming areas as needed.
