Job Overview

Albireo Energy is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex initiatives across multiple lines of business. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams to deliver results on time, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Provide on-site leadership for project teams, building and motivating team members to meet project goals and milestones.
  • Develop and manage project plans, including resource allocation, schedules, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives and enhance project delivery.
  • Communicate project status and results to executive sponsors, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure quality control and participate in quality issue resolution.
  • Drive a culture of high performance and accountability, promoting employee engagement and development.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.
  • Strong leadership, diplomatic, and motivational skills, including the ability to lead up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment, requiring strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • High ethical standards, strong values, integrity, drive to deliver results, pride in personal and team performance, decision quality, building effective teams, and action orientation.
