The Role

The Regional Director will lead and oversee a team of Division Sales Managers within an assigned region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and motivate a team of Division Sales Managers to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to share best practices and improve business performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the traditional off-premise sector.
  • 5+ years of experience leading sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and team skills.
  • Clear understanding of the off-premise channel.
  • Commitment to people management and development with a proven ability to build and develop talent.
  • Strong analytical and organizational ability.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Field Force automation.
  • High negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with management reporting and budget control.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Travel Requirements

  • 50% travel required.
