Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team at Wayne Russell & Associates LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a world-class reliability program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and own reliability strategies to boost equipment uptime, reduce costs, and optimize inventory.
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources to stay on top of best practices and enhance communication.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to empower our maintenance teams.
  • Provide technical support to production, maintenance, and engineering personnel.
  • Analyze downtime data and develop a warranty process to maximize uptime and minimize costs.
  • Own maintenance and equipment-related questions, manage OEM updates, and foster strong vendor relationships.
  • Drive data-driven decisions by analyzing operational data and performance history to improve key maintenance metrics.
  • Benchmarking guru: Develop and utilize maintenance benchmarking data to propel continuous improvement.
  • Design for maintainability: Collaborate with Project Engineering to ensure new and modified installations meet reliability and maintainability standards.
  • Ensure flawless implementation: Participate in final checkouts, including factory and site acceptance testing.
  • Craft a comprehensive Asset Maintenance Plan: Define, develop, monitor, and refine a plan that incorporates valuable preventive maintenance tasks and leverages predictive and non-destructive testing methodologies.
  • Proactive risk management: Provide input to a Risk Management Plan to anticipate and mitigate reliability and non-reliability risks.
  • Become an engineering problem-solver: Develop solutions to repetitive failures and operational issues impacting capacity, quality, cost, or regulatory compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Proven leadership experience and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and work order systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment with a high attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as outlined.
