Essential Qualifications:

Role Overview:

The client operates within a compact team that collaborates with various departments to facilitate the onboarding of clients for merchant processing services. Post-implementation support is also provided, leading to a diverse range of responsibilities from inputting merchant data into the payment gateway to diagnosing issues related to credit card and payment processing within the TouchNet software suite. A CRM system is utilized for managing client communications, alongside several internal tools aimed at swiftly resolving customer inquiries. An ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with team members, drafting emails to clients, and performing minor troubleshooting within the software applications.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Engagement with the merchant operations team.
  • Onboarding new merchants to the payment gateway and providing follow-up support.
  • Utilization of various systems, including internal software, G-Suite, and Salesforce.
  • This role emphasizes customer service, with all communications conducted via email.

Required Experience:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience is required.
  • A college degree that aligns with the experience is necessary.
  • Experience in credit card merchant processing is advantageous.
  • Exceptional grammar and written communication skills are a must.
  • Experience in a related industry is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with G-Suite and Salesforce is preferred.
