The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining procurement processes, assisting with research and paperwork output, and developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Streamline procurement workflow processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Assist with research and paperwork output related to procurement activities.
  • Develop and update SOPs, Requests for Quotations (RFQs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Serve as a liaison between the Director of Procurement and procurement team divisions.
  • Provide operational support and direction to the procurement team.

Requirements:

  • Over 2 years of experience managing a project from start to finish.
  • Experience working with Procurement/Purchasing departments.
  • Experience assisting with developing SOPs, RFQs, and/or RFPs.
  • Strong process improvement mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively between multiple teams/divisions.
