Program Management Office Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Business Operations Analyst to join our team at Tekgence Inc. This role will be responsible for providing coordination and administrative support to our project management office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project management office, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining project documentation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and budget snapshots.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.
- Assist in the development of project status reports and other communication materials.
- Provide support for project audits and other quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a project coordination or PMO role.
- Proficiency in SmartSheet, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good to have: Proficiency in PowerBI.
- Experience working in a global team within Financial Services, Banking, or Technology Sector.
- Collaborator and team player with a track record of taking initiative to solve problems.
