About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Services Specialist. As a key member of our facilities and office services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain mail equipment, ensuring seamless mailroom operations
  • Lift, scan, sort, and deliver mail and packages to the right personnel, while notifying users of incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare package labels and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Order supplies and maintain a well-stocked mailroom
  • Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
  • Adhere to business procedure guidelines and safety procedures
  • Participate in cross-training and maintain accurate logs and reporting documentation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Access to reliable transportation to and from work
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
