The primary responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist I include coordinating permanent and temporary service arrangements for commercial clients, investigating and resolving service-related issues, and managing schedules with service providers.

Additional responsibilities may involve assisting with special projects, addressing billing discrepancies with vendors, and undertaking other tasks as assigned.

*****This position operates five days a week in our office environment*****

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Client Support Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering exceptional service to every client via telephone and email.
  • Coordinating service requests efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of interactions.
  • Communicating professionally and respectfully with clients and vendors.
  • Collaborating with vendors to ensure service standards are met and maintained.
  • Exhibiting a willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in customer service is essential; experience in the waste management sector is advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are crucial, along with organizational skills and flexibility.
  • Strong follow-up skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in PC usage, including database management, email, and internet-based systems.
  • An associate degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Compensation details: $20.00 Hourly Wage
