About the Role

Lowe's is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and helping customers find the products they need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing product information.
  • Process transactions, handle returns, and resolve customer complaints in a fair and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other sales floor associates to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and sales events to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
Requirements
  • 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
