Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Insurance Producer to join our team at Rue Insurance. As an Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and developing relationships with commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target and acquire new commercial clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and growth
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Utilize the agency management system to document client and prospect interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • B2B sales experience (preferred)
  • Valid Property & Casualty Licenses
  • Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and organized
  • Energetic, dedicated team player
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
