Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Business Growth Expert to join our team in Orange County, California. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating demand, managing pipeline, and closing opportunities for SAP's Cloud Platform Solutions.
Your primary objective will be to develop opportunity plans containing compelling solution value propositions, conduct White Space analysis to identify growth opportunities, and work with the wider account team on sales campaigns. You will also manage customer relationships at the solution area/buying center level and progress opportunities for move to cloud/expand footprint accounts or accounts that are new to the solution area.
You will utilize deep knowledge of how companies operate, business models, strategies, and end-to-end business processes to effectively address customer needs. Additionally, you will leverage SAP's comprehensive team of experts and industry knowledge to stay informed about SAP's competition and value drivers.
Requirements- Experience selling Database, Data Management, Analytics, and/or Technology solutions to large Enterprises.
- Experience in selling Artificial Intelligence, Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Process Automation, and LCNC (Low Code/No Code) solutions.
- Management of large, complex sales cycles with expectations to achieve quota.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at the CXO level.

CompensationThe targeted combined annual compensation range for this position is $180,500 - $383,900 USD, depending on factors such as education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. This includes an estimated base salary and variable incentive target.
