We are seeking a highly skilled R&D Lab Specialist to join our team at Solomon Page in Columbus, OH.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with R&D Lab Specialist I to execute daily tasks and maintain testing status and results.
  • Manage samples throughout the testing process, ensuring receipt, testing start, evaluation at required timepoints, and retention/storage when testing is complete.
  • Prepare and assemble samples for testing, and support additional tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate shipping of samples to vendors and cross-functional partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field, or related work experience in QA/R&D/Manufacturing or laboratory.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions/standard operating procedures.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, with experience in MS Office Suite.
  • Team-player attitude and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Experience with Excel and SAP is a plus.
