Maintenance Program Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Program Coordinator to join our team at PD Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for controlling and tracking the acquisition, inventory, use, handling, disposition, reporting, and training for the Hazardous Material Management Program (DA PAM 710-1); Environmental Protection and Enhancement Program (AR 200-1); and other related programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track the acquisition, inventory, use, handling, disposition, reporting, and training for the Hazardous Material Management Program (DA PAM 710-1); Environmental Protection and Enhancement Program (AR 200-1); and other related programs.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and standards, including 49 CFR Part 172, Subpart H, DOD 4500.9R Chapter 204, and AFMAN.
  • Develop and implement procedures for the safe handling and transportation of hazardous materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective program implementation and maintenance.
  • Provide training and support to employees on hazardous materials management and environmental protection procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science, safety management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as hazardous materials management, environmental protection, or safety management.
  • Strong knowledge of regulations and standards related to hazardous materials management and environmental protection.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
